Do we have to digitize everything at once, or can we start with one machine?

Both approaches work, and the choice is yours. Some people prefer to start small—one machine, one line, a specific problem—to see the results before moving forward. Others already have a clear picture of the big picture and want to roll out on a broad scale right from the start. We work both ways.

What matters is how the solution is built. We develop dynamically and modularly from the start, so that the same system handles one machine just as well as fifty. Adding a unit, a facility, or a new type of data shouldn’t require anything to be rebuilt—it should be an extension of what already exists.
