Challenge
Building a single system for complex delivery logistics that works seamlessly for everyone in the organization – from the administrator’s overview in the office to the driver’s daily view on the mobile – and that automates the entire chain from route planning to invoicing without requiring manual handling along the way.
Technical solution
We built a web-based platform in Laravel with a powerful admin tool via Filament, adapted to manage customers, vehicles, schedules and staff in one interface. The system integrates with Google Cloud for automatic route optimization by day and vehicle, where priority assignments with fixed times are managed separately from the optimizable part of the route.
Invoicing is done automatically via the Fortnox API, with secure OAuth handling and built-in logic that prevents duplicates and ensures that each invoice matches the customer’s history and delivery terms.
The role management is built to give each user – driver, admin or super admin – a tailored view with the right information and the right permissions, without manual filtering.
