We take accessibility issues into account by following the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and implementing techniques to make our solutions accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. This includes using accessible colours, providing alternative texts for images and videos, and optimizing keyboard shortcuts.
Yes, and we work both ways. Sometimes we build a completely new platform from the ground up; other times, the project involves integrating new functionality into systems you already have and are satisfied with. Most often, it’s a combination of the two.
We’ll decide together which path is right right at the start of the project. We review what you’re currently using—logins, learning platforms, administrative systems—and determine which systems need to interface with one another. Only then do we decide how much needs to be built from scratch and how much needs to be integrated. It’s rarely an either/or situation.
